Description

This is an 15″ long Hardwood stem that will fit into your pipe that has been drilled with a 3/8″ drill bit.
The stem is app 1-1/4″ wide.
This is an exceptional stem with a 7-1/2″ section in the middle carved out with some Native American symbols.  You can see a buffalo head, a medicine wheel, and an elk skull.
The stem was handcrafted by Darrell Young.  Darrell is Lakota and an enrolled member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe in SD.  He is currently incarcerated and carved this in prison using only a hair pin and a needle.
He also beaded it with a medicine wheel in one place and a buffalo skull with feathers in another.
