Beaded Symbolic Turtle Belt Buckle

Here is a beautiful hand-beaded, turtle belt buckle. It measures 3-1/2″ x 2-1/4″ and is made to fit a 1-3/4 inch wide belt. Turtles are a very important symbol to the Lakota tribe, representing good health, long life, and protection. The hard shell of the turtle represents perseverance and protection. This beautiful belt buckle was created by Lakota Artist Darrell Young, who is enrolled at the Rosebud Indian Reservation in South Dakota.
