Description

This is a personal Elbow style pipe that is crafted from Sacred Pipestone or Catlinite.
Pipestone is a material that holds up extremely well to heat and it’s also a nice type of stone to carve, so it’s ideal to use in the construction of a pipe.
The pipe bowl is app 2-1/4″ long and it stands app 1-3/4″ tall. When the bowl is connected to the redwood stem, the total length will be app 10-3/4″ long. This pipe will make a nice personal or ceremonial pipe for someone.
All pipes come standard with an unbeaded Cedar Stem unless otherwise noted…although this pipe does come with some nice stem options. (including hardwood stems as well as beadwork and leather fringes) This pipe is pictured with a beaded Redwood stem.

1 review for Red Pipestone Elbow Pipe 10-3/4″

I purchased a red pipestone elbow pipe with a cedar stem upgrade, and the book, The Way of the Pipe by Jim Tree. I emailed before purchasing, and the response was quick and informative. They ship to Europe.
My package arrived within 10 days, was beautifully packed and insured. I was impressed by the beadwork on the cedar stem, I did not think there would be much or any decoration given the reasonable price I paid.
The book is the perfect reference for the pipe. Although I have been working with a shaman, we have not gone in depth on how a sacred pipe is utilized. If not for the book, I would have jumped right on “figuring it out on my own” without the proper understanding and reverence the pipe deserves.
Additionally, the book arrived signed by Jim Tree. I don’t think this was a printed signature. It appears real, and I felt it was a blessing for the reader. It was profound.
I would order again and highly recommend supporting this business.
